Tension - Its Cause and Release

I've started practising yoga three months ago and there has been a change in my life. A new 'physical' Martha has bloomed. The knee problem is gone by now and I'm thrilled! I don't attend yoga classes but have my own routine. A long search in the web helped me to make my own program. I've made some valuable achievements and can now move on to more difficult assanas. I advise you to surf the net and find the assanas that will benefit you. Read the instructions carefully, don't overdo, and read the whole article. There are some assanas that are not good for some health conditions (high blood pressure, pregnancy, neck issues, and more). As you go through the pages, you'll also find some good readings. Keep your own pace. Don't overdo, as I said before. If you can't do or understand it, it's not your time. It'll arrive sooner than you think. Good luck, sweeties.
